Kristen and Trevor are high-school sweethearts, who now after college are getting married. Talk about an enduring relationship! I am looking forward to photographing their wedding later this year. In the mean time, we made some engagement photos at Cheeseboro Canyon Park in Agoura Hills, CA. As you can see, the light was wonderful.
This was our first time meeting each other, because prior to this we had only communicated by phone. But we hit it off right away, and had lots of laughs. What a great way to spend the afternoon!
(Technical details below)
The color images were shot on a Mamiya 645AF, using either the 80mm f/2.8 or the 150mm f/3.5 lenses. Kodak Portra 400 film. The black and white images were shot on a Yashica-Mat twin lens reflex camera, using Ilford XP2 film.
And for the first time a ranger asked to see my permit. Yay, I had it with me!
