Nature Walk on Beluga Lake

We visited my family in Homer, Alaska a few weeks ago (no, we’re not from there). While there, my sister took my family and hers to a library-sponsored nature walk on Beluga Lake. Beluga Lake is an official FAA-licensed landing strip…for float planes! It also has a lot of interesting Alaskan wildlife, sized perfectly for children.

Shot on Kodak Ektar 100 film, with my Mamiya 645AF and an 80mm f/2.8 lens. The close-up of the bug used a close-up lens attachment.

  1. You really have a gift on photography. Your works are so impressive that it easily catches my attention and interests to look through your other works.
